And since the original report about the "bastard" comment came FROM the Guardian, I naturally assumed you would not lie to me about being the editor (you wouldn't, would you?... :0)
So if you're not a journalist, would you care to amplify on that comment then?

You have to understand one thing about me Raymond. I could care less what your position or occupation is. I come to these discussion boards because no matter who we are, how much money we have, or whether we are janitors or think tank wonks, all of our ideas are being placed out here for EVERYONE to scrutinize and analyze.
Bottom line, we all put our pants on one leg at a time, so claiming you're some muckety muck (truthfully or not)doesn't phase me in the least. I will take everyone at face value for who they claim to be and carry on the discussion from there.
