Here is the announcement ! Pacific Aerospace Agrees To Acquire 2 Companies WENATCHEE, Wash. (Dow Jones)--Pacific Aerospace & Electronics Inc. (PCTH) signed letters of intent to acquire Monitrx Inc. and Quantum Interlink Internet Inc. for the company's newly formed information technology group. Terms weren't disclosed. In a press release Monday, the company said Monitrx, Larkspur, Calif., develops, markets and provides services and to healthcare providers. Quantum Interlink, Provo, Utah, is an Internet service provider. Pacific Aerospace designs, makes and distributes precision electronic components.
