if, you think about the long term effects of all this borrowing....consider higher rates! Reality soon sobers you up? Not the type of expansion I had in mind.

Apparently, nobody learned anything from Enron WCOM, etc?

WOW look at CPN! 2~5, High N.Gas costs I guess....very efficient you know, debt should be cheaper, Got Credit California? No money no Elec. past August?<g>
