Can anyone shed any light on the following release. Is this just more problems for Isolyser, or this this semi-normal for accounting procedures?

ISOLYSER COMPANY INC, Inc is not in compliance with its senior
credit facility covenants for the 2Q. The company says it is
currently in the process of obtaining a waiver of such covenant
violations and has accordingly classified the debt as
long-term. Isolyser says there are no assurances the company
will in fact recieve a waiver and the failure to obtain one
would require the current debt to be classified as a current
liability. On June 30 the company's long-term debt stood at
$37,415. (Reuters 10:40 AM ET 08/04/97) For the full text
