Gerald, Douglas Lapp won't answer and it appears that nobody else will either. Hopefully you didn't die. Would you please offer an answer to my question?

To Douglas who wrote: "<If we were to place a bet I would bet that the funding for an 11,000 tpd plant based upon their projected current plant performance will be easy to obtain. The 3500 TPD plant after producing for 3 months or so will afford the Company an opportunity to call Reserves based upon SEC Guide 7, while also generating a profit.
Funding will not be an issue.>"

If this is still likely, why are they now tying the future of the 11,000 TPD plant to production from a new mine? I still think that making a multi-million dollar commitment to this new mine is a bad idea, what do you think?
