Yes, their parents had babies, Win. Much of the increase was natural. I might add that the Arab population of the territories increased by 500,000 during the same period, abut 150,000 immigration under Oslo and the rest natural increase, but that never seems to count in anyone's reckoning. That is, if your reckoning always starts with the assumption that only Arabs have any right to be anywhere outside the Green LIne.

This is an old accounting system. 1 Jewish atrocity = at least 100 Arab atrocities in the balance. Because nobody expects better of the Arabs.
