kevin, Okay, maybe "bad news" was not the right choice of words. Yes, you can always expect some turnover in a merger, however, if its key people leaving, I don't know how you could say that's not a bad thing. Anyway, I thought people would like to know what some others in the networking world are saying about the merger, even if it is from the rumor-mongering Spencer Katt column. -tk
