No Jim is not talking inflation-adjusted. I could show you a bunch of royalty checks that were as high as $12/mcf during the second oil shock 78-79. This was for interstate sales of deregulated stripper gas. Crazy thing was most of our gas at that time was stuck regulated at $0.67 in state and really good acreage sat untapped.
