Thanks Greg. Why do I suddenly get a sinking feeling...geesh..just when some order appears Noam drops this bomb. Might not be all bad though....perhaps there is an important ( hopefully a VERY important ) need for the money...such as a build out somewhere in the world, a very large contract that needs final details with confirmation of the ability to "perform"...so many other positive scenarios and constructive uses for any funds needed. One must doubt that Noam suddenly needs the funds for "routine" day to day activity ( no hint in any of his cc or other presentations ), and thus something must be brewing. Also, one would hope and expect that the registration was vetted through DB, Wellington, and other large share holders or some of the trust he has built up over the past year might be "poofed" in the night. Hopefully we will get some additional details. Trying not to get too negative this evening. M1
