I assume any teacher testing method would include simultaneous testing of their current students. I realize knowledge of a subject does not ensure the ability to transfer that knowledge to students. The skill of transferring information to a young mind is almost an instinct. I don't believe it can be learned if one doesn't have the instinct. That's why screening methods should be developed to identify those who are instinctive educators.
