The phrase "climb a wall or worry" implies a market moving up. You are the technician. Markets move up when there are more bulls than bears, when bullish sentiment exceeds bearish sentiment, when money flows into the market.

You know what the wall of worry is. The economy has been showing signs of a recovery for a while, now, but there are still reasons for doubt. When the GDP is growing at 3.5 to 4%, which are some recent forecasts, then that worry will need to be replaced. Renewed inflation might be a candidate.
