heck no ! Those only show up if someone complains or an official makes an inspection. Read the fine print, the ins cos protect themselves against such mechantability/buildability issues. The county's concerns show up when someone goes to get a permit to build or neighbor complains. Therefore most do what they can to improve existing systems w/in "grandfathered" clauses where possible. The local r.e. agents w. know what the situation is for the area. Don't let that stop you. I've had good luck on buying rundown projects made good with permit and non-permit improvements
