It appears there is a number of misinformed shareholders in Durum. Possibly due to some of the comments by participants on this thread and it is unfortunate that some warped investment decisions by our friends may have been made because of this. At the present time I stress once again I personally have no interest in the management of this company. Its true I am the single largest shareholder but I have also voluntarily given voting control to a trustee. I am a long term investor with no intention of bailing out when the chips are down and I believe Durum is sound even though its share price is at an all time low. Perhaps at a later date the Company will require my involvement once again. I also believe that all regulatory reporting is fully in tact including all necessary disclosures to the public and shareholders can expect a 1996 Annual Report in the very near future. Be sure to mail in the Supplementary Information form to ensure you receive information throughout the year. I don't ever recall a time when regulatory reporting issues were in question with Durum or any IREMCO affiliated company.
Believe me I'm biting my tongue right now. At a future date I will be happy to elaborate more on the Durum situation and other matters. In the meantime I think it is a great idea that someone starts a thread on Durum.
Comparisons made between INDX and Durum is like comparing apples and oranges. INDX has grown to be a very important Asia-Pacific oil explorer and the largest holder of onshore exploration acreage in New Zealand.

Best wishes to all!
