m1 and all...my mind keeps going back to the comment he made about getting to profitability will be "event driven". i heard that comment twice from Noam. we heard during the presentation that they are providing the SFPs to other equip co's to oem... maybe order flow is requiring additional cash. i can't think of any other immediate needs. sure, they could use the money to make an acquisition, but they didn't state such. if one wanted to really use creative thinking, they could be buying back the remainder of CW and then selling it in its entirety (extremely doubtful, but creative <g>)... they could be using it to fend off a buyer... a lot of guesses can be made. whatever it is, i hope they have though through the dilution aspect, and it wouldn't be a stretch to assume they have.
