<all i can say is they better have a VERY good use for the money before they dilute further....> Totally agree. Would welcome you calling MRVC and expressing your/our/my displeasure with the possible sale of more stock to raise another $20 million unless absolutely necessary or......... Someone on Yahoo speculated the move might be intended as a way to prevent a hostile takeover. That would be a reason I could accept. Would sure like to know the logic for the filing.
