Charles: The papers were all full of that stuff about EG and her
conference calls yesterday and the CNBC report; they say that it
was her saying the market was going to dump 15 to 25% that caused
this, but I think that hurts the traders mostly. For people who
are in a stock for the long term, this is just a paper loss and
a buying opportunity. There's not much we can do about the overnight
trading since that's only open to institutional and big-block trades.
It'd be nice if we could tell when the stocks hit their low and then
load up but even EG can't do that: if she could, she'd be making
her money that way instead of peddling those newsletters. Geez, I
hate to hear AMD is still in a selling distribution; I was hoping it
wouldn't go any lower than 10, but if it does, then I'm going to buy
some more for sure. That's just getting too cheap for this company
in the long run.
