I wonder whether the british pound is ripe for yet another nasty crash. It hangs very dully around flat at a 1.668 for the contract but behaves like it wants to do a little run. . The pound needs a washout if it really wants to rise. But well, after the rate differential increased and the brits have no idea to join the euro its way up is seemingly free (save that for an impeachment of Mr. Blar).

I took the plunge into the EUR. If it doesn't run well ahead of the 1.1750 but goes back, the futures will be thrown away quickly, as usual.
