But you see Greg, that is precisely the issue. Will we ever know? MRV has the deserved reputation for being uninformative to a fault. Most of the owners know very little about sales breakdowns, contracts, etc. It was only at the last presentation that really cogent ( and dare I say very positive and exciting ) news was finally released to the public ( perhaps finally a move in the right direction ). Heck, if it weren't for you and the others on this board who diligently search through the various links most of us would know zilch. Noam has a deserved reputation for obfuscation. Why would any of us think that he would be informative about the new registration unless his arm is violently twisted. The only way would be if Wellington, DB, and others forced him to be...and in that case, one wonders if they know information that we don't. Sorry for the ranting....one can only hope that we will be told the reason for the registration...but, don't hold your collective breaths. This move is out of left field, and no one knows why Noam needed to prepare to issue shares. m1
