suf.to - the strike is at Klipspringer, not Messina .... i don't know much about it, just have this general idea that you can't make a mine without several lawsuits and strikes, they come with the territory, and by the time you've heard bad news it's in the shareprice already ..... so i'm just watching suf price and volume, really can't imagine it getting much cheaper from here .... which doesn't mean it will recover right away, but when it does it tends to give little notice and then waste no time

swm.v - haven't thought about Sherwood for so long ... what a loser ... i think teevee is right, it's a usable shell and they will eventually do something promotable with it, but like you say, the same people have got other things going now .... just not a this-summer thing

bhp - haven't looked at it for years ... better people to deal with than deX__, for sure eh

cpt.v - they're not running down the cash so much, are they .... a lot of 2002 charges were non-cash items, and/or non-recurring .... i dunno, i need to make contact there, think up some good questions and get them answered, in the meantime i smell a degree of recovery in the share .... this NazDow ramp is not cooked yet, imho ... and both segb and cibt looked like close to positive cash flow[?]

Gold put on five bucks this morning, just about, hmm - online.kitco.com
