You don't get it.....

The existence of the weapons was verified in 98. Their destruction was not verified. Saddam was given several opportunities to verify and did not....additionally, this was a violation of the cease fire agreement......the Al-Samouds were prohibited and undeclared under 1441, Saddma has started two previous wars.....

Buhs did not act unilaterally....he went to Congress, he went to the UN and he went to NATO.....and then he acted in the best national security interests of this nation to eliminate a threat before it became another 9/11.
