Steve, sorry, wrong again. Hate to pick on you but why are you wrong so often? <gggg> Hi Ms M, title search would address many things regarding sewer/septic, the most common being easements. These could be of major consequence if you have future development plans. Other issues could be encroachment. Further more, while title officers do not inspect properties as a routine, they do perform physical inspections when needed.
