just look at gold miners, they are rocking now to new 52-week highs after shaking out weak hands. so many times over the past year people said the miners were dead because they broke some 5-second moving average or whatever. but look now. i can't believe the stealth rally they have had after many weak periods over the past year.

why should energy be any different? the markets are perverted, they make you buy at the wrong time and sell at the wrong time. to me the only decision is whether or not a market is in a bull market. i made that decision with golds, stuck it out and was rewarded. energy stocks are the only other sector i have this attitude about.
