Same thing I mentioned regarding rising escrow costs reversing the dropping P&I component of the house payment. Definitely bears watching....particularly when mortgage rates start back up. I'm out of all RRECI shorts (which in itself ought to suggest that the market is perilously near a top!<G/NG>
