I don't think that it's a serious problem. Remember that SFE has a vested interest in NM's survival. It has the ability to provide NM with short-term funding, should it be needed. I suspect that a deal is closer to being worked out now than a few months ago, but that's only an obvious guess. Hopefully, the stock will continue to hold up until the Q1 report. I'm expecting the stock to respond positively, if at all, to the report. After all, how could it be worse than Q4.

Although it's frustrating to wait for this situation to be resolved, I'm confident that SFE will bail everyone out, in some fashion or another.
