I have an answer for you. Just in case you are not familiar with the TICK stockcharts.com and a chart representation of what I am talking about when the tick gap doesn't fill. Think of it as a normal gap fill on an index. I have found that the tick gap fills even more reliably than gaps in the SPX. dailyduediligence.com
