John-

CCSC has been declining slightly recently, and CMPC and CATP have leveled off after climbing a lot. Those 3 stocks, especially the latter 2, are most responsible for SFE's movement. Another reason is the recent completion of the rights offering. The reason I sold SFE was largely because the stock was basically a proxy for CATP and CMPC, despite SFE's 30+ other holdings. I think the company is great, but I don't like the stock. CATP is overpriced and I don't trust CMPC's business. Therefore, why hold SFE, which is dependent upon the movement of 2 stocks I don't like? Instead, I bought more CCSC with the SFE proceeds. I like CCSC more than any other SFE company.

When NM stock jumps (at some point), SFE will likely move up a few points.
