General question: Info wanted/needed about intensive Livestock Operations near urban areas in Ontario. There is one that has all the provincial permits granted, supposed to be going in less than 5 kms from a town, population of approx. 5000, with the prevailing summer winds coming across the farm into town. Within 3.5 km of a Canadian Heritage River and a Provincially Significant Wetland. Also less than 2 kms from the boundary of a city of 300,000+.
