Clinton gave us the best economy EVER in his eight years. What are you talking about Clinton screwing things up? What did he screw up? The world loved us. Full employment. Paying down the debt. No he didn't stop terrorism but Bush didn't do anything about it AT ALL prior to 9-11 and now the world is in even worse shape than it was a year ago. The right-wing entertains this fallacy that the Clintons somehow hurt us, did something wrong. I have to laugh whenever I hear right-wingers call for Hillary to "confess her crimes". What crimes? They were investigated for 2 years and Starr came us with NOTHING despite the most outrageous, expensive partisan witchhunt in political history. GW Bush would LOVE to have half the success Clinton had. Of course GW's policies are very different from Clintons. Which may prove "don't fix it it if it ain't broken". These tax cuts may turns out to be a backbreaker for the US economy and government fiscal health stretching far into the future. Tax cuts for the sake of tax cuts without slashing huge federal programs are just Voodoo Economics and stupid. 44 TRILLION debt the experts say if Bushies get their way.
