Found examples of embedded system problems. Ed Yourdan's most recent chapter is on embedded systems. It was just posted today. Has some good (I think) examples. He points out that even though the percentage of failures is small, the numbers are still potentially large. Cheryl, I will leave it to you to post the link. Maybe you could explain to me the best way to do that. Even though I have been lurking in these threads since MM was PT, I don't post much and lack some of the posting skills that I need. Dan
