The Bush folk are desparately trying to change the subject here. Why should any one help them?

Hmmm... As if the most recent discussion by liberals related to "where's the WMDs" isn't a desperate attempt to deflect any potential blame from falling upon themselves and the previous administration for believing and asserting the same claims the Bush administration has.

As well as every other nation that has been involved in analyzing Saddam's WMD program.

But its not about whether or not we find them.. It's about the fact that Saddam failed in providing the proper evidence that he destroyed all of them.

If a Judge orders you to destroy your PitBull out of fear for the community, and you claim to have done so, but can't prove it, the court is STILL going to fine you.

If that same Judge asserts that someone drove your car and violated every speed zone in town, and you can't prove that you weren't driving it (or that it had been stolen), then you will receive the fine.

Thus, the UNSC passed a judgement with UNSC 1441 that Saddam's regime was in material breach of previous UNSC resolutions and the cease fire agreement based upon the evidence available to them. It was incumbent upon Saddam to prove otherwise...
