Hi Cush, As you may (or may not) know, HZ hasn't drawn a salary in over 2 years. He sold 50K shares last Dec.'02 at around $2.10 and on 4/30 he sold 20K at $1.54. These numbers are from my survey of the ASC insider reports. And then the 10.4K you mentioned in the $2.80-$3.20 range. Not being a Wi-LAN apologist, simply adding a little context... Take care. Rob
