Only way csl can fail to have at least one more stirring little speculative run, is 1. if the project is rejected outright on environmental grounds, or 2. if the project is handed over to another outfit Neither of those has a high probability imho ... as for the political situation, that will change, guaranteed, almost certainly for the better, eventually, though it may get worse in the meantime This is what i expect here, anyway .... so maybe they can institutionalise us all together somewhere, we just need to lobby hard to make sure it's a place that has good looking women, and a reasonable quality of beer [we may be nuts, but we're not stoopid]
