ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 2003--Internap Network Services Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP), the leading provider of performance-based routing services over the Internet, today announced results from the 2003 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
At the meeting, shareholders re-elected Gregory A. Peters the company's president and chief executive officer, and outside director Robert D. Shurtleff, Jr. to serve on the company's board of directors through the 2006 annual meeting. Each of the two nominees received support from at least 98 percent of the vote.
Shareholders also ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Internap's independent accountants for fiscal year 2003. The re-appointment of the company's independent accountants received support from approximately 97 percent of the vote.
The meeting was adjourned until July 11, 2003, when shareholders will consider the proposals for enlargement of the company's board, changes to the company's charter allowing the company's preferred stock to be classified as stockholders' equity and allowing preferred shareholders to act by written consent, and amendments to stock compensation plans. The adjourned meeting will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 11, 2003, at 250 Williams Street, Atlanta, Georgia.
