Mozek, thanks for the post. Although "thin" and anecdotal, the information about overtime at the packing plant is the kind of information I have been fishing for. Maybe some others have other information that will enlighten us further.

If they are packing, they may be shipping in a couple of weeks. I would assume that the providers will check out the phones, and then the providers will ship them to their stores. All in all, that's gotta take another week or two before they are ready for sale to the subscribers. That would be right on schedule, end of the month.

I wouldn't worry about UPS. I seriously doubt QCOM would ship much product by UPS. It will ship whole carloads towards the east by trucking companies or independent truckers. I recall one story that floated around about the initial delivery of handsets; approximately 22,000 handsets were delivered to a warehous in Florida before they got to the providers.
