Price a trailer and the industrial equipment and the support vehicles to transport all the chemical to the remote site. The cost of the extra people and logistics to sustain them and then the cleanup costs of the used chemicals.

Oh it's safer to just dump and leave the chemical waste all over in remote locations.

Pressure tanks are dangerous LOL.... Liquid oxygen is far far more dangerous and explosive that hydrogen.

Hydrogen rises quickly and burns with a flame that give off no radiant heat. The Hindenburg did not explode and no person died from hydrogen flame burns. It was the burning engine fuel that caused the deaths along with the crash.

Folk ignorant of science and technology don't know that.
