Ken, PSFT/ORACLE is not similar situation to possible buyout for IFLO. Apples and oranges. These are large cap stocks in a mature market that is now undergoing consolidation. IFLO's market is virtually untapped and this is a tiny company with little institutional following. I can't find any small cap medical device company acquisitions set at prices relative to multiples of 2.5x book value over the last 3 months. If you would like to prove your argument...
