Jokes about pink hats aside, is the outcome of the sars infection in it's various forms to be that everyone has their DNA tested for survivability against Sars and it just becomes another permanent virus load in the human population? Flu just goes on decade after decade, with continuous mutations. If that's also the outcome of sars, we are in big trouble.

A death rate of 10% is horrendous and I don't see why that rate should drop much over the next few years. Maybe it'll quickly slide to 7% but that's hardly cause for cheer.

Now you've got me nervous about October.

There's money to be with a vaccination.
