I honestly can't even imagine my feelings if this had happened to my son....But in effect, it did. I view our Military as all fighting for ALL of us, including me. Therefore, they should be honored by each of us as if they were our own young sons and daughters.

BTW, I spent a lot of the afternoon, packing boxes with MASSIVE amounts of items requested by the Chaplin of our group....She had heard from the Commander of a group of 3 US units in Afghanistan, where some of the young folks don't receive any Care Packages from home. The merchants and our members worked very hard, and we packed to the brim over 35 boxes FILLED with all sorts of goodies (that were pre-approved) to go to these folks.... We are hopeful they will like them....!!! :D
