I have to keep your comments in mind, especially when I consider my natural bias to sell the USD vs EUR and GBP.

Future trades can say it was short term overbought (the EUR) so they stop piling up positions and trade it in the other direction but at one point selling will dry up. That could be 1.15 as some traders suspected weeks ago, or even lower if Greenspan spooks the market next week. But at any time, the printing press will succeed and devalue the greenback a little more.
I don't see how your picture has changed.

The dips could be short -term events where people want to avoid negative surprises at the US money market so they buy back their dollars.
