Having had my own past run-ins with IBM's legal maggots for digging too deeply into their accounting horse manure, I have to say that Gretch is braver than Dick Tracy. Thank goodness we still have a few real journalists around like her. She has more "balls" than most of the male financial writers currently plying the trade.
