I'm wondering what would happen if I copied a tape of a concert and mailed it to you, or if I taped a record. Would he kick my door down and smash my turntable and tape deck? What is the diff here? I guess the size of it, but it really no different from having friends share stuff on a one-to-one. I could have asked Radar to tape "How can you be...", had you not offered it.
