Dave, these suits are very common in Silicon Valley when stock price drops significantly. Usually, they are settled for a small amount or are dismissed. Don't let this discourage you. With nearly $3 in cash , new releases, efforts to focus on operating efficiencies, large R&D spending, and pending video editing product early next year, this company has little downside and good upside over next 6 months. It still has the only viable multimedia & authoring product for the internet and with selling over the internet taking off, I suspect using MACR products to get customer attention will continue and grow.
