The NWRE fundamentals are outstanding.This is reflected in the explosive rise in institutional ownersrship from 5% in early 2002 to over 95% today.The only possible negative is the high short interest ratio.Shorts now own over 40% of the stock.NWRE is likely to begin a climb towards it's 52 week high in the next week.Watch it for a week.It should continue a short term pullback until somewhere between 14 and 14.75$.When it begins a move up that is the time to buy.
