I know very well that oxygen combines with lots of things. You said it was the oxygen which it explodes, now you are backpeddling and talking about the other materials exploding.

People aren't allowed to smoke in an oxygen tent because the cigarette is a fuel which will burn much more rapidly in the pure oxygen environment. The oxygen will not explode. People smoke all day long in a 21% concentration of oxygen. It's called our atmosphere.

I certainly do know what happened to the Appollo astronauts. All of the flammable material burned rapidly in the nearly 100% pure oxygen environment. There was NO explosion.

Do you even read your statements, Thomas? Are you really saying that when oxygen is surrounded by a oxygen environment it combines explosively? What is the end product, O4 ???
