I think several important issues have materialized recently: The NA NG plays did a typical retracement after a rapid large increase, The alarming number with serious supply / demand balance implications last week is reduced to a more comprehendible number, the fear that Summer will never arrive should be shattered and now we can worry about what will happen, nuke capacity is well below last year this time, with 4 weeks of data investors can be comfortable that an estimated 2-3 bcfpd switched from NG to oil fuel, more data indicates that with the present price induced supply demand balance storage should end around 3,100 bcf, NG prices moved up quickly towards the $6.00+ needed to maintain the present fuel switching levels. I have seen enough to want to hunker down and stay invested the way I am 85% cash invested with some calls.
