it would seem that the new tax proposals will keep the bubble afloat
for a much longer time..
probably baby boomers will start selling their bigger homes and put
the money into the market and take advantage of the proposed tax benefits that might be taken away down the road and also avoiding the rush when all the baby boomers start retiring and start selling their big homes..(I am probably much too too early for that thought)
I don't think the tax legislation is helping the poor middle class..since many have debt and no savings etc...
I can't figure out what the catalyst for gold and silver will be..
except the growing shift of power from the west to the east increasing demand etc....
right now I don't see what will make the dollar tank with all the
favorable capital gains legislation...
help (commodity inflation can't do since I think it is basically salaries that can cause inflation and commodities (unless oil skyrockets) don't increase the price much)...unions can do it but I thought
they were still weak...I guess people are beginning to watch what
will happen to the latest strike and the "packages"..
