Hi GG, thanks for your reply. I've been reading "Nuts" and I'm nuts about Herb, truly a great man. When I ride Southwest Airline, the people at Southwest amazes me over and over again. I wonder how could they have so much energy and wits... in a tough environment, like serving people in more like a huge bus ... My goal is trying to find out how you can plant that kind of enthusiasm and love in our company. If you can share your firsthand experience, I would appreciate very much. Best, Jon
