We have very different concepts of what good education is, Karen. I think it's teaching independent thinking and offering them skills to do so. Perhaps this guy was doing that; perhaps he was trying indoctrinate. I suspect the former because the school is backing him and are going, obviously, to take a lot of heat for doing so; and because we don't hear talk of student dissatisfaction. But neither of us knows what went on the classroom.
