PAUL GOOD MORNING ! Some questions on the possible implications from the SGI & SUN news yesterday : 1) What per cent of the high end sever/ workstation market does INTEL have at present ? 2) I realize that the microprocessors in this area sell for a premium ? Any idea what a typical price might be? As usual your comments are appreciated REGARDS BILL LONG INTEL P.S. The name "FLAGSTAFF" came up in an article that SONNY posted from TECHWEB as the code name for the 1 giagahertz processor due out in the year 2000 ( for information only ).
