I'm on the edge of them pushing me into creating karma and filing a suit because they insist on cheating me. I have made two other offers to resolve, it's up to them. I'll know for certain by noon. I am dealing with Desert Toyota a member of the DesertAutoGroup. desertautogroup.com (wow, look at these guarantee's<g>) It's a shame I don't know John Elway a phone call from him could get them to do the right thing? I think my BBB complaint is a good read. I may have to print up a few hundred and start passing them out to people at tent sales? We have them every week. If the big guys act like this, I would never buy from a small dealer. Private party sellers from here out.
